Amanda "adidasngh" (Texas, USA) : I just received the phone today and so far really like it. The touch screen for using speed dial is a nice feature, as well as the many different ways to set shortcuts without needing to slide out the full keyboard. The camera quality seems really good too. I found several places to download free ring tones, and also bought an accessory package which includes a spare wall charger, car charger, and USB cable for less than $5.
Wahlmom : I use this as a GoPhone, for emergency calls and texting. The call sound quality is disputable, but the QWERTY keyboard makes it easy to use. The only thing I really dislike is the message alert, which allows only one alert or an alert every 2 minutes. I was used to an alert initially, then a simple beep every 5 mins thereafter. BUT this is the 2nd Neon I have, after the down key on the 1st stopped working properly, so am happy enough with it for my purposes.
Edwin C. Clark: The phone FEELS well built. It's small, compact, and you get the feeling it would survive a fall very well, although I never had the 'opportunity' to test that. Having a full keyboard is nice, although the keys feel a bit weird. You have to press down on them a little harder than you would think, and some of the button placements are a little weird, which lead to a lot of prematurely sent messages while I was first get used to it. Compared to the keyboard of the Samsung Glide, which is the phone that I replaced this one with, it felt awkward, although one could probably get used to it within a week or two.

LG Optimus M Deal
Jose: I've had this phone a few months now and I have to say that I'm pretty impressed with it overall. I'll start with the pros: the quality and features of the phone are awesome for an entry / lower-mid level android phone. The case is aluminum and plastic - not as stylish as the other optimus phones on Verizon, T-Mo, Virgin or Sprint, but it still looks and feels great in your hand. It is identical to the optimus that Cricket carries. The display is bright - pictures, video and apps look great on it. The phone is responsive, with no lag and the touch screen is multi-touch, you can "pinch" the screen to zoom in and out of maps.
Daniel : That's right the little green guy has finally came to the Metro PCS Company. When I think of android I think of loads of fun. Plenty of apps to keep your fingers playful and a few good laughs. We all know the android market is the leading rival for the iphone. If your looking for a phone that can make unlimited calls, text, browser, games, and some of the most helpful apps all for 50 bucks a month? This is the phone for you. Packed with its GPS spoken turn by turn navigation's, its hard to believe that metro released this phone for so cheap in my opinion. Running the 2.2 android you will experience less lag then your 2.1 version. I did experience a few laggy problems with a few apps, but not many at all.
Hobie woods (Flint, MI) : I received the phone on time, however the phone is defective. it takes unnecessarily long times to connect to the internet and I know its not my service because my friend has the same. The phone WILL NOT READ THE NEW MEMORY CARD I bought,AND you can clearly why it canr read the memory card because that are looks like ots been damaged and/or tampered with. and I feel like a memory card is essential to phone usage. I cant take pics, save music or ringtones to my phone. When I contacted them about it, I never received a response DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

LG F7 Deal
Alan Houston (Texas, United States): Boost Mobile customers will be excited to see the new LG F7 with 4g LTE, which is about four times faster than Boost's older Wi-Max network and ten times faster than its very slow 3g network.Avoid Boost phones that use its Wi-Max network, such as the Samsung SII. Boost has begun shutting down its Wi-Max network to shift resources to its new and expanding 4g LTE network. With its large and sharp screen, the F7 matches the high quality of the Samsung Galaxy SIII while providing DOUBLE the battery life, about ten hours of average use, compared with just five hours on the Samsung SIII.
Kooznak (Summerville, South Carolina): GPS-Navigation/ Well, i know im not the only one because many people on the boost mobile wbsite comment on it, The gps always seems to have a hard time finding my current location and i have used gps many times before and have gotten either lost or arrived late do to it, i downloaded another app, mapquest, which made it easier for me, still noy completely satisfied, and if gps is a majot attraction for you, you may want to rethink.
Raymond Gomez (Southern California) : Previous phone was a Samsung Prevail dinosaur, but even with only 2 MP still took decent photos. I expected way more from LG. Photos are grainy, outdoor photo was sun-streaked. Every time I use the hands-free speaker phone, callers cannot hear me. I agree with Abraham's review here. Watched a Netflix documentary...FAST technology(am only able to get 3G with Boost), good video quality, poor audio quality. In re:to the comment receiving 1star, it's true; I had to call Boost three times(I have been with them 21 months) before I got the super helpful and friendly gentleman who had actually read the training manual for this phone.

LG Optimus G Pro Deal
Im Joobin "F13" (New York, NY USA): This phone is great. It feels well-made and it preforms better than the galaxy nexus 4, but not as good as the quad core Gs3. The phone looks modern and the OS was modified by LG, but still looks and preforms great. If you know your ways around android and plan to root your phone, you can get so much out of this phone. If you just need something to watch YouTube and text, then get an iPhone. If ypu are willing to spend this much on a phone though, I would suggest getting the LG optimums G pro, or wait for the G2 to come out (later this year 2013)
Wagner: ust plain old bad. Had constant issues with it and took it into the service center many many times but never worked and LG told me all they would do is reload the software if I mail it in and wait a few weeks. If you enjoy getting constant pop-ups telling you "No data service" then this is the junky phone for you.the phone is good 1 is fairly light 2 Your screen is sharp pictures Pictures are perfect 4 3sus his presentation of the phone is very nice elegant 4nucleos May their work well, bad cell phone one language to Venezuela Spanish does not change your settings does not have to change
Civic Superfly: First of all in the Bahamas and i can only catch the edge system right now but hope in the near future that system would get fix. The phone came on time actually before the expected time and it was in best condition. It came with Android JB 4.1 straight out of the box (currently upgrading to 4.2.2). The features are amazing and Samsung Galaxy S 3/4 users are blown away with the Q-Slide and Video zoom features. it is clearly better than the S3 and is giving the S4 a good run (LG G2 is out to handle the S4 tho so don't worry).

LG enV Touch VX11000 Deal
Honesty: I had this phone for 2 years, but switched to a stupid samsung intensity 2 over the summer because it was time for an update. I didn't want to waste the money for the data fee on a smart phone.
My new phone has been a piece of garbage since the day I got it. I was so close to tears when I walked into verizon and they said they stopped making the EnVtouch. I loved it so much that I wanted another one. I never had problems with the touch screen, I actually liked the sensitivity of it because I have long nails, so it was so perfect for me! It didn't fit into my skinny jeans very well, but the full flip up keyboard with the internal screen was awesome.

Jim H. "Spike71" (OMAHA, NEBRASKA, US): I had a Blackberry Pearl, then had to downgrade because the plan got too expensive...so I went from the Blackberry to the POS Samsung Glyde...then when I nearly broke a window throwing that phone across the room, I decided to get the enV Touch. I was SO incredibly happy when I got this phone and it was the complete opposite of the piece of junk Samsung Glyde. I'm not sure why all the people who gave this phone a bad review got bad phones, but I never had any problems with mine whatsoever. No pocket/purse dials, the touch screen works like a dream, battery life..

LG Optimus S LS670 Deal
Ye Olde: I got this phone for free with a new two-year contract. At first I was incredibly pleased with it. The phone was fast, worked great, did everything I could ever need it for. Then at about the 3 month mark, the Camera on the phone just went out. I called Sprint Tech Support, took it into a shop, and scoured online forums to try and find a fix for it. In my searches I learned that this is a common problem with the LG Optimus, and they normally just send you a refurbished phone.
Chris C. "Chris" (Lompoc, CA) : After about six months, my phone would not receive text messages or phone calls from certain numbers. I would get phone calls from friends asking why I'm ignoring them, when I had actually never received their messages. The battery lasts 12 hours MAX, so I am charging my phone sometimes twice in a 24 hour period.
Overall, the phone worked great for the first 3 months. After that, it's crap. I would go with an HTV Evo or something a little more new instead of this phone.
J. Miller "Buzz": I had the Samsung Exclaim before this, so I was ready for and upgrade. When i got this phone, it was when Androids were popular, but most of the phones upward $200, so Sprint and LG decided that they wanted everyone to get hooked on Android, and the only way to do that was, to make affordable ($50) and eventually free one. Now before you go on reading this, if you do today, Amazon is offering every non-iPhone smartphone for free. If it is past then, ignore what I just said. What I am going to do for this phone is give you the pros and cons, which, the cons outweigh. But there are some good pros, and if this is your first Android, it might be just okay.

LG 840G Prepaid Deal
Squashpup "squashpup" (WV): One problem is the keyboard. You only get a QWERTY in certain situations, such as entering web addresses, texting, etc. If you go to a website that has input text boxes, such as webmail, you'll be sorely disappointed. One solutiom is to download the free Opera browser that comes with its own keyboard, which always lets you enter text with QWERTY. It's a little sluggish, but usable. It beats the default browser by far.
Rainsong: If you are wanting a REAL smartphone phone to connect to the internet, surf the web, check e-mails etc. this phone is not for you. If you are wanting a phone that is WAY better than the flip phone you previously had through Tracfone (plus triple minutes for life!) than it is well worth the $45.00. I've been a tracfone guy for 10 years. I have a land line, I have a computer at work & home and a laptop I can travel with. I don't talk on the phone or text that much (200 minutes a month if I'm lucky). I just couldn't justify a REAL smart phone like an Iphone or droid and a $50+ a month bill when i'm paying less than $15 now.
J. Mitchell" If you're not me and you don't require a super fancy phone with tons of gadgets, widgets and apps and you're just looking for a phone that will get the job done, then look no further than this phone. It's a very good phone and it gets great reception no matter where I'm at, inside or outside. This little baby has 5 bars of strong signal everywhere I use it. And while it's not one of the "I just gotta have it" phones, you won't be disappointed by it's functionality. It has everything you need from a pretty decent camera with a zoom function, Wi-Fi, 3G, Games, and a Music Player.

LG G2 Deal
M. Atlas (Madison, WI): This phone really does leave the GS4 and One in the dust (Speakers & design wise the One is still better imo). This should be expected though with a phone running more advanced hardware. Overall I couldn't be happier and feel that my $600 (yes I bought off contract) was well worth it. This phone easily will get you through a full day of use (I'm on Verizon btw) if not more. I check my phone all the time, constantly stream music/video, and have yet to drop the battery below 40% in a day. Not sure if this is new to smartphones but this thing charges incredibly quickly too. From dead to full charge is probably in the 90 minute range, something I really like.
The Graphite Girl (TEXAS y'all!): If i could change ONE thing, it wouldn't be about the phone, it would be about ALL the criticism LG's UI has received from people who either haven't even laid eyes on it or ppl who do have the phone and haven't bothered to learn it....While YES there are a gabillion options, almost all can be ignored or disabled, & even EASILY replacing ANY icon you don't care for with a photo, image, etc. but YET are "there if you need them WITHOUT slowing down the system ONE iota!".
Mark Zee: Stepped up from an iPhone 4S to the Verizon LG G2. This phone has amazing screen size and clarity, awesome battery life (2 days for me with a slow charge...I find I get longer battery life with a slow charge using any charger that fits as opposed to the included fast charger), simple & intuitive interface, and easy set up. I had a Galaxy Nexus a couple of years ago but the phone died. Android has come a long way since then. Very impressive :)

LG enV3 VX9200 Deal
C.K. (Los Angeles, CA USA): I always research the highest rated phones before getting a 'New Every Two' upgrade with Verizon. The enV3 is a great texting phone. If you are experiencing the Random Shut Down issue, there is an Easy Fix! Take off the battery. Then use a dry cotton [tip] swab to massage the battery terminals on the phone and on the battery. I found a demonstration video quickly with a search.
I had the problem after over two years of perfect performance, and this Easy Fix came through when software/firmware updates, and a new battery fell short. Enjoy your enV3!
J. Angeski (CHINO HILLS, CA, US): I've had my first enV3 (the burgundy red one) for well over 3 yrs, and it's finally showing its age. I keep getting "invitations" from Verizon to upgrade, but since I'm ditching the husband attached to the account, I don't want to be stuck with another 2-yr contract on the line - plus, I can't get the enV3 thru Verizon anymore. :p
K. Hansen (La Crosse, WI): I've had to replace the battery only once in all this time - and even ordered that thru Amazon upon the advice of a rep at a Verizon store. She told me I'd get it about 75% cheaper here, and she was right! And here's a trick she taught me that might help some of you with battery and/or shut-off issues: She folded a small, thin, piece of plain paper into a narrow rectangle and placed it under the battery (not near any connecting points) so the battery would fit a little more snugly, and that completely eliminated the problems I'd been having with my phone shutting off unexpectedly and not holding a charge.

LG Lucid VS840 4G LTE Deal
David Callahan: Bought it because it was cheap, I have encountered nothing but problems upon using this phone. The keyboard crashes multiple times a day and it just freezes constantly. I literally can't even use it and am frantically scrambling to buy another phone on the cheap because I can't deal with too much more of this. By far the worst piece of technology I have ever owned. The battery life is miserable so I bought the extended battery which is massive. Sometimes it calls random people and then when I touch the screen to hit "end" it turns the screen off.
FairyFire : I have had this phone for almost a year now and I love it. It was fairly easy to figure out, once I got used to the touch screen. It has made a good first smart phone. I only wish it could be unlocked. If I remove my finger the screen then turns back on. The only way to remedy this is to take out the battery, restart the phone, and apologize to the person I accidentally called. Avoid at all costs, I can't even believe that this thing costs money it is so unbelievably awful.
K.wrigh: The phone is very nice. My hudband who i bought the phone for loves it. It was really nice to get all the iteams i needed right away to start using the phoneI've has the phone for 1 year and my twin does to. We can honestly tell you that its not worth the money! The phone freezes, short battery life certain charges will cause the screen to go blue. It has great storage buy I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

LG T375-BLK Cookie Smart Deal
Jeffrey A "Jeff" (FL): You can operate two phone numbers on one handset - from the same service provider or different service providers.
By putting both SIM cards in the LG T375 handset, it's like having two phones in one. (REMEMBER: Both your SIM cards can be on the same network/service provider or on two different networks). The LG T375 allows me to switch networks flawlessly without having to switch my SIM card - and with two different numbers it's easy to keep work and personal calls separated ON ONE HANDSET!
Kelly A. Crout "MMS Photography" (Walton Ky) : The phone is great for the price however when I received it the charger was European....must of missed that in the description!
The touch is very sensitive so be careful when scrolling for a number early morning or you will end up calling your boss like I did.
I love the concept of the dual sim since I have a business but there is a hold button at the bottom of the touch and my chin keeps hitting it while I talk....have not found a way to disable it. The other con is when you receive a phone call if you do not answer on the first or second ring the touch screen almost shuts down and you cannot answer it.
CyberBug "Sandy" (Florida): Got for my husband who has large fingers and just needed a phone he can dial-he doesn't email or text so the phone is good for him. Right size for his hand and works on our carrier. It is 2G so we can't get the internet up and running on our network, but he will never use it anyway. It is easy to use and that's a plus-video, phone, voice record and texting all simple. This is a good first "smartphone" if internet is not your biggest priority.

Lg P999 Optimus G2x Deal
Patrick Jones (New Orleans, LA): I got one of these early in the summer. In its original incarnation, the phone had a lot of software and hardware issues. The software update that came out in early August was a spectacular improvement. It transformed the phone from an annoyance into something that is really a pleasure to use. T-Mobile took this phone off the market for a while over the summer, and I think the time was spent on tightening up quality issues. I got two new G2Xs in mid-August and both are great phones.
The Positive Skeptic "Chadams" (Garden Grove, CA): What problems am I referring to? The phone has a MAJOR known issue that most G2X owners experience and that is the fact that the phone completely shuts itself down (yes even with a full battery) sometimes it will reboot itself, but most of the time it does not. You may be on an important phone call such as a doctor or a business client and the thing will just shut off. Boot up is slow so to return a phone call that has dropped from a shutoff takes awhile.
Jonas Lear "Jackal" (Los Angeles, California): This is an awesome phone, it has and does just about everything you would want a smartphone to do. However, there are some things about it that can really get on a person's nerves. I at first however thought it was a flaw with the actual phone, so I sent it in for a new one of the same kind and have the exact same issues. So, the cons are with the phones actual design and I believe I have come up with ways to help make working this phone easier.
LG P970 Optimus Deal
George E. Jelly "GeorgeJ" (Heidelberg, GER) : I just bought this phone (in Germany) a few days ago and would have paid less for it on Amazon. It has a gorgeous, very bright and high resolution display - so bright that I have kept it set at minimum brightness. I tested it outside today, under a partially cloudy sky - and I could clearly read the display when it was set to maximum brightness!! LG has done a surprisingly good job of customizing Android (2.2.2 for now) on it. Info on the internet indicates that LG will release Gingerbread for it in SEP 11 for those concerned about 2.3 and higher. It has lots of extra widgets and apps - like battery and cellular data usage - that you would normally have to get from the market.
Francisco Romero: I've been using my LG 970 Optimus Black for two months now and I simply love it! I bought it unlocked for use in Uruguay, South America. It's light and slim, very comfortable to handle and use, with an awsome display, very clear and bright, even under direct sunlight, and also very responsive to the touch. Very fast on the Internet and mail. It also takes very good pictures with or without flash, with lots of settings to personalize your shots as you wish. I've downloaded many cool applications from the Android Market, most of them free or with very low cost.
Ievgeniia (Salem, MA): First problem I ran into in texting - it's pretty bad, keys are non-responsive, I usually had to touch the space 3-4 times before it works. Very frustrating. Scrolling down when browsing is really bad too - it either doesnt scroll at all, or scrolls way too much. Even more frustrating. And the worst thing is battery. I don't expect it to last for days, but it won't even last half a day. And I don't use it much at all. Recently it started dying overnight. I would go to bed when it's fully charged, wake up in the morning and it's at 30%. Seriously? I don't have a data plan, tried switching of Wi-fi, nothing helps. I checked the battery use - 50% Mobile Standby, 49% - Mobile Idle.

LG Optimus L7 P705 Deal
Lorena Martin: I received this smartphone in excellent condition. I extensively reviewed it in various serious GSM smartphone review sites. It needed to have 850MHz band, Wifi and GPS. So, this one had all of it and more. I received it in a retail box, not a brown carton like some others, which was fine. Once opened, surprise! The only mini manual is in Chinese language. I had to go to the LG website from Australia to get the manual in English! I charge it and waited. Put it in my mini-sim card and started it. Surprise! It started in Chinese! No English counter part, all Chinese scriptures! I had to figure through some trials and errors to put in in English! So the Australian manual helped quite a bit.
Miguel Peña: The phone is flat and square which is good because it slips in your pocket comfortably, the back isn't as 'grippy' as it seems it might be - A case or replacement back may solve this (I am used to the back of my Google Nexus 7 with it's less-than-plastic backing). The buttons don't sit out too far; just enough to identify and press when needed. The battery back is a little difficult to remove without a tool or fingernails as it does not slide off, rather than snapping on.
Robert: Many users have said that this phone does not work with Mobile data networks(3G and 2G). It's absolutely true.
I ordered the phone and ignored other comments that this phone does not connect 3G and 2G networks and ended up losing
$10 to ship the phone back. I tried the sim cards from AT&T and T-Mobile and none of them worked. Only voice worked. I do believe that the sellers are well aware of this problem but they will sell you the phone hopping that people will accept the phone as is.
Conclusion, this is what you get when you try to go cheap. You will end up wasting your time and in my case losing money.
Spend an additional $100 or $150 and you will be happy.
